With the sheer volume of websites and information available online, it is easy to get inundated or overwhelmed.  Often the key messages on these websites get lost. What I envision as the primary purpose of this website is to channel the energy of people that seek to make a difference in the world but merely need the focus and resources to make their dreams a reality. Although this site will start with my fundraising climb on Mount Kilimanjaro for Children’s Hunger Fund, I hope that, in time, it can serve as both a launch pad and a template for future fundraisers.  By building such a website, the energy and motivation of anyone wishing to make a positive impact on those less fortunate will be maximized without being inundated by the logistics and technicalities of a large-scale fundraising campaign.  In an age of instant information, it only makes sense to harness the power of modern technology for such an objective good in the world.  The website’s success will be a side effect of the general growth of the humanitarian initiative within society. Our generation must seek the betterment of the global community; not only because of the unquestionable need, but also because of the utter and undeniable possibility we have to do it.
