Special thanks to the Kerrisdale Little League who will be assisting in fundraising at their year end BBQ and Picnic through Vanessa Forsythe. All money raised at the Closing Day will directly contribute to my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb for the Children’s Hunger Fund. Through CHF, $25 feeds a family in Uganda for one year, so even the smallest measure of generosity will go great lengths to helping those in such dire need. The event will be held at Elm Park on Saturday, June 16th from 2:00PM to 7:00PM. There will be awards, games, and a host of other attractions to entertain the whole family. Come out, have fun, and donate to a very worthwhile cause. The BBQ is located on W 41st and Elm Street, Vancouver, BC.
